📋 Description

• Own backend features end-to-end: discovery, design, implementation, rollout, reliability.
• Design and evolve distributed systems for performance, scalability, and resiliency.
• Build and maintain APIs and data access patterns for analytics and search use cases.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines powering product features, analytics, and ML workloads.
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and performance; monitor pipelines for timely delivery.
• Build engineering discipline: code reviews, testing, incident readiness, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering building backend systems; desire to grow into distributed systems.
• Growth mindset: curiosity, quick learning, openness to feedback.
• Strong general-purpose programming skills and fundamentals.
• Solid debugging and performance-tuning of production services.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
