Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS/CE/EE
Embedded development in C/C++, bare-metal and RTOS
Hardware bring-up with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, LAs, JTAG)
Low-level drivers: I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet
Python for tooling and data analysis
Comfort working fast with limited data
