📋 Description

• Own and build secure, performant, and scalable end-to-end experiences for Postman.
• Work with agility. Move quickly, make pragmatic trade-offs, iterate fast.
• Improve quality and reliability by strengthening test pipelines and addressing bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to meet needs.
• Help define and drive engineering best practices including code quality and design standards.
• Contribute to new features and product improvements driven by user needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience building features at scale.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and databases (SQL/NoSQL), incl. query optimization
• Strong computer science fundamentals – algorithms, networking, OS.
• Ownership and agility; comfortable delivering under ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset; effective across teams and with PMs/EMs.
• Product thinking; translate user needs into technical solutions.
