Software Engineer, GPU Infrastructure- ChatGPT Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate software that manages large-scale GPU infrastructure.
• Build internal platforms and AI-powered agents to automate fleet ops.
• Improve observability, reliability, and efficiency across thousands of GPUs.
• Develop systems for capacity planning, scheduling, fleet health, and incident response.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve utilization and performance.
• Partner with research, platform, networking, and systems teams to improve compute.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering building production infrastructure.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
• Experience designing and operating highly available distributed systems.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure, HPC, ML infra, or large-scale compute.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infra, Linux, networking, and observability tooling.
• Excellent debugging, systems design, and operational problem-solving.
