Software Engineer, Growth and Monetization

📋 Description

• Full-stack role in Growth & Monetization; build features across frontend and backend to drive
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to align on growth priorities.
• Own tracking and experimentation to inform decisions (A/B tests, metrics).
• Develop onboarding, activation nudges, and billing experiences with a focus on conversion.
• Contribute to PLG strategy and product-led growth initiatives.
• Ship fast, measure impact, and iterate based on data and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a full-stack software engineer (frontend: React/TypeScript; backend: Node/Express or
• Business-owner mindset with emphasis on outcomes and customer value.
• Strong data intuition; comfortable with imperfect data and setting up tracking.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, experimentation, billing, or collaboration products.
• Familiarity with growth loops, funnel optimization, and activation frameworks (PLG a plus).
