Software Engineer II

📋 Description

• You will join Mindbody’s External APIs team, building and operating APIs used by partners and
• Develop, ship, and maintain public APIs, Webhooks, and developer portal features with reliability
• Collaborate with Product and Partnerships to take features from ideation to deployment for external
• Contribute to API platform concerns: authentication, versioning, rate limiting, and secure changes.
• Maintain existing integrations while enabling new capabilities across Mindbody systems.
• Improve webhook delivery, onboarding flows, and partner-facing developer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend focus with languages such as .NET, C#, Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Experience designing APIs and working with microservices; REST or Webhooks experience a plus.
• Familiarity with API platform concerns: versioning, rate limiting, OAuth 2.0, API keys
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Kibana).
• Deep knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of agile software development lifecycle.
