🎯 Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years as a software engineer (full stack or backend-centric).
AI-First Coder: Proficient with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex).
Strong Backend Background: Java, Kotlin, or Go; apply concepts to Node.js.
Full Stack Breadth with Node.js Target: Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript a plus.
DevOps & SRE Mindset: Deployment, monitoring, alerting, on-call rotations.
Adaptable and Forward-Thinking: Eager to adopt new technologies.
