3+ years building enterprise-grade software; strong testing & QA
Hands-on with AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, tool calling
Experience with agile teams, autonomous systems, and observability
Hands-on with AI governance, risk, and security considerations
Experience with evaluation, tracing, and auditing of automated changes
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and repository-scale tooling
