• Build and scale backend services in Go.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years software development; ~2 years backend production-grade experience.
• Go backend production experience; idiomatic, tested.
• Strong system design for scalable, multi-tenant, event-driven distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar high-throughput messaging.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills with multi-tenant data modeling.
• Excellent communication; able to document designs and collaborate with TL/PM.
