Software Engineer II - ML / AI

📋 Description

• Discover high-impact AI prototypes and MVPs with product/engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end AI tools solving pricing, UX, and workflows.
• Define evaluation strategy for agentic systems and LLMs; build benchmarks.
• Serve as AI expert across Adyen; evaluate frameworks and tool-use.
• Set standards, mentor, and promote reproducible evaluation practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in applied AI/ML shipping agentic/LLM-powered systems in production.
• Deep expertise in language models and Generative AI: architecture, fine-tuning, RLHF, inference.
• Experience designing agentic systems at scale: multi-agent orchestration, tools, human-in-the-loop.
• Rigorous evaluation: design benchmarks beyond metrics; measure capabilities and edge cases.
• Strong foundation in ML: supervised learning, ensembles, optimization, probabilistic modeling.
• Python proficiency; production-ready code; engineering standards.
• Hands-on experience with at least one production-grade agentic framework.
