🎯 Requirements

2–4 years as a Software Engineer with backend focus
Experience with Java, Python, or Go and OO design
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
Strong coding practices and data structures/algorithms knowledge
Ownership mindset and end-to-end accountability
Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates
