📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and release C8 distributions for self-managed customers (Helm Charts, Kubernetes
• Improve reliability and usability of deployment artifacts from local setups to production clusters
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Product, QA, Documentation, and Support to deliver
• Handle engineering-level support cases with the support team to understand customer issues and feed
• Drive documentation and onboarding improvements to turn complex systems into clear, accessible

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• Strong expertise in Helm Charts, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate across teams
• Pragmatic, autonomous problem solving; manager-of-one mindset
• Experience with on-prem/self-hosted software and Docker is a nice-to-have
