📋 Description

• Design and implement features to improve functionality and reliability
• Define and drive automated testing coverage
• Own monitoring, observability, and on-call response in production

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend experience in Java, Kotlin, or other OO languages
• Proficient with REST and GraphQL, including schema design and versioning
• Experience owning testing strategy for a service (automation and coverage)
• Experience operating services in production — monitoring, alerting, observability
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Proficient with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, MCP servers
