📋 Description

• Design and develop decentralized, serverless P2P search infrastructure.
• Build resilient distributed systems without centralized search index.
• Optimize distributed indexing for text, images, chats, and locations.
• Contribute to P2P networking: connectivity, reliability, multiplexing, NAT traversal, encryption.
• Design high-performance, highly concurrent networking code.
• Work with distributed data structures, CRDTs, and sync.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional software engineering experience with distributed systems, P2P tech, networking
• Deep understanding of Kademlia DHT, distributed indexing, distributed databases, CRDTs, P2P
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, transport reliability models, multiplexing, NAT traversal, encryption.
• Familiarity with distributed search and indexing: skip graphs, prefix hash trees, m-LIGHT
• Strong understanding of IR and search architecture: recall vs precision, ranking, lexical/semantic
• Experience building high-performance, concurrent networking or distributed software.
