Software Engineer P2P - Search Team

📋 Description

• Design and build next-generation peer-to-peer search infrastructure.
• Develop resilient distributed systems without centralized indexes or traditional servers.
• Create distributed indexing for text, images, chats, and locations.
• Contribute to peer-to-peer networking: connectivity, reliability, NAT traversal, encryption.
• Design high-performance, highly concurrent networking code for scalability.
• Work with distributed data structures, CRDTs, and decentralized sync.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional software engineering experience with distributed systems, peer-to-peer tech
• Deep understanding of Kademlia DHT, distributed indexing, CRDTs, P2P networking, or information
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, transport reliability, NAT traversal, and encryption.
• Familiarity with distributed search concepts (skip graphs, m-LIGHT, locality-sensitive hashing).
• Solid understanding of IR and search engine architecture (recall, precision, lexical/semantic
• Experience developing high-performance, concurrent networking or distributed software.
