• Design and develop next-gen peer-to-peer search infra
• Build resilient distributed systems w/o centralized index
• Develop distributed indexing for text, images, chats, locations
• Contribute to peer-to-peer networking components
• Design high-performance, concurrent networking code
• Work with distributed data structures, CRDTs, decentralized sync

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering in distributed systems, P2P, networking or search
• Deep knowledge: Kademlia DHT, distributed indexing, CRDTs
• TCP/IP, transport reliability, NAT traversal, encryption
• Familiar with skip graphs, prefix hash trees, m-LIGHT, LSH
• IR basics: recall, precision, ranking, lexical/semantic search
• English communication in globally distributed team
