Software Engineer P2P - Search Team

📋 Description

• Design and build next-gen peer-to-peer search infra
• Create resilient distributed systems without centralized index
• Develop distributed indexing for text, images, chats, locations
• Contribute to P2P networking: connectivity, NAT traversal, encryption
• Write high-performance, concurrent networking code
• Work with CRDTs, distributed data stores, and decentralized sync

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering in distributed systems, peer-to-peer tech, networking or search
• Expertise in Kademlia DHT, distributed indexing, CRDTs, P2P networking, or IR
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, transport reliability, NAT traversal, encryption
• Familiarity with skip graphs, prefix hash trees, m-LIGHT, LSH
• Understanding of IR concepts: recall, precision, ranking, lexical/semantic search
• Experience building high-performance, concurrent distributed software
