🎯 Requirements

4+ years of software engineering experience.
Product-first tooling mindset; ships code with real-world impact.
Experience with at least one web framework, preferably Node or Python.
Strong problem-solving and feedback iteration skills.
Ownership mindset and ability to build key product components.
Empathy for customers and willingness to learn about life sciences.
