Manage cluster networking: load balancing, NAT, DNS, CNIs, cross-cluster routing.
Manage scheduling and autoscaling.
Maintain Crossplane compositions and Terraform modules for CSP resources.
Work with Grafana Cloud users to understand needs and invest in capabilities.
Work in a remote-first, distributed, collaborative culture.

🎯 Requirements

Go, Python, and Shell experience in production.
Kubernetes exposure and operating workloads on clusters.
Datacenter experience and on-call rotation participation.
Terraform and Crossplane experience; tooling like Crossplane/Terraform core and providers.
Experience with cluster tooling: Tanka, Jsonnet, and related config management.
Comfortable working in a distributed, remote-first environment.
