📋 Description

• Design and develop tooling and services in Java, Python, Go or Rust.
• Automate manual tasks to semi- or full automation.
• Investigate performance bottlenecks at kernel, network, or DB level.
• Build tooling to simplify large-scale stateful systems for product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and reduce toil.
• Design distributed systems with self-healing and minimal downtime.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Linux, networking, and kernel tuning.
• Proficient in Python, Java or Go.
• PostgreSQL or similar DB at scale.
• Proactive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Communicate infra concepts to engineers; collaborate with Compute, Networking and Storage.
• Observability at scale with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
