Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer (Performance/Bidder)

📋 Description

• Develop, benchmark, and deploy RTB algorithms and bidding/optimization features for real-time
• Work on high-performance, low-latency backend systems for OpenRTB, privacy-aware signal usage, and
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, DSP Partnerships, Publisher teams, and SRE to build
• Contribute to systems affecting bid efficiency, win rate, fill rate, yield, and platform
• Deliver on time with ownership and clear communication across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Four+ years of development experience in Go on Linux/UNIX.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms; experience with C/C++ is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, and AI-powered tooling is a strong plus.
• Ability to design, debug, and optimize complex, end-to-end backend systems; excellent problem
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
