Software Engineer - Storage

📋 Description

• Participate in technical design discussions and create design docs
• Maintain existing apps and implement new features
• Instrument services, develop metrics, drive durability and perf improvements
• Help shape coding methodologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of OOP (Java, Rust, C++, C#, etc) in enterprise backend
• Experience building large-scale software on thousands of servers
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code)
• Comfortable with all SDLC stages: design, implementation, testing, rollout
• Curious and seeks to understand before offering solutions
• Proactive in remote communication, surfacing blockers early
