📋 Description

• Partner with Security, Product, and Engineering to define data security for Roblox storage.
• Lead design and operation of storage Infra-as-a-Service; harden security and availability.
• Scale distributed 24x7 services with urgency, cost efficiency, zero downtime.
• Design and build frameworks to automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with partner teams on plans, metrics, milestones, rollout, and on-call runbooks.
• Create high-quality, reusable code while maintaining continuous development and reliability.
• Improve SLA and end-to-end rollout time of software solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Design and deliver large-scale distributed systems with millions of real-time requests.
• Data management: RDBMS, Redis, Kafka, DynamoDB/Cassandra, ClickHouse, Ceph.
• Pipelines on Kubernetes or Nomad; Consul service discovery.
• Go, Rust, Java, or C++ proficiency.
• Scripting and test automation skills.
• Telemetry with Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Kibana.
