🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-4+ years industry experience
• Experience in Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python, Go, Rust, or C/C++/C#
• Strong communication with cross-functional partners (Legal, Customer Support, Experience Design)
• Able to manage ambiguous or rapidly shifting requirements
• Experience with Tax/Compliance domains desirable (DAC7, OECD Model Rules, KYC, VAT)
