🎯 Requirements

3–6 years of software engineering, backend, or distributed systems experience.
Java, Scala, or Python with strong data structures and OOP knowledge.
Experience with backend services, microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL.
Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability.
