🎯 Requirements

3+ years of industry experience building systems at scale or relevant PhD.
Passion for user-facing products or substantial backend systems.
Experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Scala.
Ability to write high-performance production-grade code.
Experience with APIs, large-scale data pipelines, and efficient algorithms.
Experience or interest in cross-functional collaboration with design, product, data science, and
