Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems for analytics and real-time use
Lead software components through design, testing, and integration
Analyze requirements and optimize performance and data handling
Coordinate with system engineers on requirements and interfaces
Mentor teammates and ensure adherence to process standards
Work within TS/SCI with Poly requirements and government standards

🎯 Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Poly required
Extensive SWE experience in complex programs
Bachelor’s in CS or related; or equivalent
Strong background in algorithms, data processing, and DB tech
U.S. Citizens per clearance requirement
Ability to work on-site at Fort Meade, MD
