📋 Description

• Work on a project with a leading AI lab via contracted engagement.
• Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixes, features, and testing.
• Write clear natural-language specs and reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism.
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English writing proficiency
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack production experience
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Ability to debug and navigate large multi-file codebases
