3+ years managing software engineering teams; 8+ years total in software development.
Distributed systems and cloud-native expertise; Golang preferred; storage and microservices.
Lean/agile software development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.
Customer and business focus; experience engaging with Product management and beta partners.
