• Lead a team of product and data engineers in investigations for crypto compliance and financial

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success leading and mentoring 3–5 software engineers for 2+ years.
• Strong TypeScript experience (backend Node.js/NestJS and frontend React/Redux).
• Experience architecting scalable UI and APIs; informed about tech choices and patterns.
• Experience in data visualization and querying databases with SQL.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and maintain high engineering standards.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and evaluating AI-generated code.
