Software Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a growing team of software engineers to build high availability, scalable products.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure data flow and value for customers.
• Oversee system design activities and architectural decisions with developers.
• Maintain disciplined engineering and operations processes and focus on priorities.
• Coach and develop front-end, back-end, test, and mobile teams; drive quality and delivery.
• Stay current with new technologies and bring new ideas to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience; 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience in dynamic, agile environments with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar web frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
