🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with scaling complex organizations.
• Distributed systems expertise focusing on high availability and reliability.
• Experience managing platforms serving diverse use cases.
• Ability to integrate business context into technical decisions and benchmark against industry
• People management experience with a large team of engineers/managers.
• Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles; exposure to AI-assisted tooling is a plus.
