• Experience leading engineers, mentoring, hiring.
• Translate fuzzy requirements into clear plans and milestones.
• Strong UX, performance, and product polish sensibility.
• Experience shipping in fast-moving startups; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bonus: hardware experience; mobile/React Native.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
