📋 Description

• Lead software engineering team responsible for core flight software development and platform for
• Define team goals and technical roadmaps aligned with company priorities.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years managing software teams building
• Significant experience with C++, Python or Rust.
• Strong background in embedded systems (RTOS and/or Linux).
• Proven track record building and operating mission-critical products with uptime and performance
