📋 Description

Lead, coach and develop a team of software engineers
Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics and Operations
Own planning and delivery of the team's roadmap
Establish sound technical direction with senior engineers
Improve reliability, scalability, security, observability and cost efficiency
Establish engineering practices for design reviews, testing, deployment, incident response

🎯 Requirements

Min. 8 years software engineering experience, building/operating production systems
Min. 2 years managing software engineers
Hands-on experience with LLM and generative AI solutions
Understanding of AI system risks: hallucinations, privacy, security, reliability, latency, cost
Backend engineering, distributed systems, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure
Experience delivering complex cross-team projects
