Lead a strategic engineering team on the Orchestrator project, owning end-to-end scan pipeline
Drive architecture, scalability, resilience and observability of core services across distributed
Mentor senior engineers, conduct one-on-ones, and guide technical growth and performance.
Collaborate with Product, SRE and other R&D teams to align priorities and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software development with 2+ years in a team lead role.
Strong hands-on Python, with experience in async programming at scale.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, state, idempotency and performance optimization.
Experience with Kafka, SQS, Redis, Postgres; cloud-native architectures, AWS focus.
Excellent communication to align engineers, PMs and stakeholders.
