• Environment ownership: build/configure production-like test environments for reliable releases.
• Quality visibility: write bug reports and define quality metrics/dashboards.
• Agile quality partner: experience in Scrum/Agile, influencing acceptance criteria and testability.
• Cloud & Platform testing: SaaS/iPaaS, Windows/Linux, containerized deployments
