🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
4+ years in software quality assurance for embedded systems or firmware
Experience developing test strategies, plans, and cases from product requirements
Ability to identify root causes and mitigate risks
Strong leadership, communication, and English skills
