🎯 Requirements

BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant AV Software Quality, Simulation, or Technical Operations
Experience with ML testing and validation methods, including dataset QA, bias detection, edge-case
Ability to quickly master proprietary software tools and perform root-cause analysis on complex
Strong understanding of driving rules, behavioral safety, and traffic environments
