📋 Description

• Founding Software Team Lead; mentor and guide design decisions.
• Lead architecture and technical direction for projects.
• Build with MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP/MySQL.
• Hands-on coding: writing, reviewing, deploying, and testing.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies and foster innovation.
• Shift: 10:00pm-7:00am PHST; impact across enterprise products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering.
• 5+ years with JavaScript stack (full-stack).
• PHP experience a strong plus; Node.js, MongoDB, React, TypeScript.
• 5-10 years core web apps development (front-end & back-end).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Experience with VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, and Docker.
