Solar Programs Associate - Strategy and Outreach

📋 Description

• Execute and own a segment of program operations, including rebates and claims.
• Ensure timely processing, issue resolution, data integrity, and SOP compliance.
• Organize workload, troubleshoot routine issues, escalate complex matters.
• Manage application queues and shared inboxes per SOPs.
• Review and validate applications and claims per program rules.
• Support outreach activities including event prep and inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or High School + 2 years' experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with program systems, databases, or CRMs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
