📋 Description

• Lead AI strategy, governance, and transformation for enterprise customers.
• Bridge C-suite advisory, enterprise architecture, and change management to drive value realization.
• Design end-to-end architectures across Now Assist, AI Agents, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead multi-workload AI engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment to outcomes.
• Hands-on architecture leadership during pilots and early delivery.
• Develop reusable IP and reference architectures for scalable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or senior advisory roles with AI focus.
• Experience guiding executive AI strategy engagements and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Proven ability to architect data catalogs, metadata management, and knowledge graphs (RDF, SPARQL).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform modules and related certifications desirable.
• AI domain expertise including Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, knowledge graphs, MCP.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $173,200 - $270,600, plus equity where applicable.
