Solution Architect - Security, Risk and OT

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities incl. workshops, SOW scoping, and deliverables with field reps.
• Guide delivery teams to achieve customer outcomes across OT/Workflow landscape.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions with long-term architecture.
• Engage with CXOs and stakeholders on roadmaps and governance best practices.
• Travel up to 50% annually; mentor the delivery team and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience applying AI to work processes, automation, or insights.
• OT industry domain experience and ITOM ServiceNow modules (Event Mgmt, Discovery, CMDB, SGC).
• Familiarity with Purdue Model and ISA-95/IEC 62443 concepts.
• OT/ICS protocols knowledge (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA/DA, Profinet, etc.).
• 10+ years in professional services; ServiceNow CS admin and 2 CIS certifications; CAD a plus.
