Solution Architect (TMS)

📋 Description

• Lead the functional design, optimization, configuration, and implementation of transportation
• Analyze customer business processes and requirements to determine how transportation management
• Serve as the primary functional liaison between customer stakeholders, project managers, technical
• Lead solution design activities, ensuring requirements, solution constructs, validation activities
• Apply transportation and supply chain domain expertise to develop solutions aligned with industry
• Guide or conduct system integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, and transition activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with transportation management systems, preferably with
• Experience with leading transportation management platforms such as IBM Logistics & Supply
• Demonstrated experience in solutions consulting, software implementation, business analysis, or
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles involving requirements gathering, solution design
• Experience within a management consulting organization or supply chain center is preferred.
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including understanding of supply chain processes
