Partner with Account Executives to provide solution, industry and business context
Prepare and inspire prospects with solution recommendations and demos
Clarify technical and program requirements to prospects
Collaborate with AEs and Client Success Directors on business cases
Support Client Success on product fit and demos for upsell opportunities
Address objections and differentiate Bazaarvoice against competitors

🎯 Requirements

Excellent presentation skills; comfortable with exec audiences
Ability to document product-specific and technical solutions to business problems
Significant customer-facing experience
Strong relationship-building with business and technical contacts
Proven ability to articulate business value via ROI/ business cases
Experience in sales methodologies and solution selling; SaaS/digital marketing or ecommerce exposure
