Solution Consultant - DACH

📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with accounts from onboarding through adoption.
• Engage with client tech stakeholders to understand infra and goals.
• Lead architecture sessions to align Insider One with client objectives.
• Run pilots/PoCs to demonstrate value and drive deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation with engineering/product teams.
• Escalate blockers and coordinate cross-functional solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in complex SaaS solution design/architecture.
• Build relationships with senior IT leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong project/stakeholder management; pilots/PoCs.
• Cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and integration best practices.
• Tech: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, databases.
• Experience with marketing tech, SaaS, mobile apps, or API integrations.
