Solution Engineer (Third Shift)

📋 Description

• Night shift cloud operations engineer for Appian's cloud platform
• Triages and resolves alerts from monitoring systems
• Follows runbooks and procedures; applies technical skills for complex issues
• First responder for platform reliability and stability
• Collaborates with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Provides direct technical support to customers when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Hands-on technical background with strong troubleshooting
• Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, routing)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support with established runbooks
• Comfortable with the Linux command line and strong communication
