Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Senior role translating regulatory requirements into technical solutions for core network services.
• Lead discovery with MNOs, regulators, partners, and internal teams to define scope and delivery
• Balance compliance with scalability and maintainability across multiple markets.
• Provide hands-on leadership to engineering teams on requirements and design decisions.
• Work across distributed teams to ensure traceability from regulation to implementation.
• Operate in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Technical BA, Solutions Architect, or related role in telecom/tech.
• Ability to translate regulatory docs into actionable engineering requirements.
• Strong telecom knowledge: SIP, SMS routing, MNP, interconnectivity, and related services.
• Experience writing user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria; proficient with Jira.
• Experience with international roaming, MVNOs, eSIM, and GSMA standards desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills.
