Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Lead discovery with MNOs, regulators, and teams to define requirements, priorities, dependencies
• Translate regulatory needs into actionable engineering requirements and deliverables.
• Define workflows, data exchange rules, and specs for MNP, voice/SMS routing, and related services.
• Coach teams on user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation from regulation to
• Balance compliance with scalability and maintainability across multiple markets.
• Provide functional leadership to development teams and cross-functional delivery groups.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst or Solutions Architect in telecom/tech.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory docs into engineering deliverables.
• Strong telecom knowledge: SIP, SMS routing, MNP, interconnectivity.
• Experience writing user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, and docs for engineering.
• Proficient in Jira and delivery/workflow management.
• Experience across multiple markets or MVNO/mobile core is a plus.
