📋 Description

• Own tech relationship with accounts from onboarding to expansion.
• Engage with client tech stakeholders to understand infra and goals.
• Lead workshops and architecture sessions to align Insider One with client objectives.
• Run pilots and PoCs to prove value and enable rollouts.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation with eng/product teams.
• Escalate blockers and drive cross-functional solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in complex SaaS solution design/architecture.
• Able to influence IT leaders in large client accounts.
• Strong project and stakeholder management for pilots/PoCs and deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud infra, hybrid systems, and integrations.
• Tech: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, Databases.
• Experience with marketing tech, SaaS, apps, or API integrations.
